Meet Tenor Jason Turnbull
Jason Turnbull began his career as an eight-year-old boy soprano in the school choir in Toowoomba, a wintry rural Australian town.
Jason underwent extensive choral training through the Welsh Eisteddfod tradition in Australia. He has appeared in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Wizard of Oz, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Annie, The Gypsy Baron, Oklahoma, The King and I, The Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, The Bartered Bride, Orfeo, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Cosi Fan Tutte. Jason, nicknamed "chopper," joined The Ten Tenors in 1997.
