APT secures Hi Frequency Marketing Inc. for groundbreaking new series COLORVISION

American Public Television has secured
Hi Frequency Marketing Inc. to bolster awareness and participation
for the groundbreaking new series, COLORVISION. Hi-Frequency Marketing
has already begun to implement traditional and non-traditional marketing
strategies which target the 20-40 year old demographic exposing
potential new viewers to the program.
Hi Frequency Marketing, Inc. specializes in developing and executing
unique and edgy marketing campaigns that utilize under-the-radar
approaches, including a street team, online e-teams, guerrilla-style
publicity and other methods of connecting directly with today’s
media-savvy consumer. Hi Frequency is contracted by record labels, film
companies, video game creators, and consumer product companies
to create a buzz on the street and tap into a carefully chosen
demographic group.
Clients have included Calvin Klien, House of Blues, General Motors,
Motorola, MTV, Paramount, Polo, Revlon, Viacom and Yahoo.
Hi Frequency reps will establish a presence for COLORVISION among
the target audience by distributing posters, coffee-cup wrappers, postcards,
bookmarks and bumper stickers.
The reps will blanket local universities and college campuses and
distribute promotional materials, create poster displays and coordinate
on campus screenings/viewing parties. Reps will also attend select
lifestyle, music, movie, comedy, art and cultural events to alert potential
viewers to COLORVISION.
Fourteen markets across the country have already been selected based
on confirmed carriage of the series in January, February and March 2004.
